Don’t Be Ill-Prepared for Paid Sick Leave Law’s July 1 Requirements

The Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014 prescribes paid sick leave for California employees. Even if your business already has a paid sick leave policy, your policy must still meet certain conditions under the new law.
